meaning. I think my personal vision is to live a meaningful life for myself and others. Because it is important
to me to live my life in a way that shows kindness, care, and concern for family and friends, and even
strangers.
• What does my vision stand for (values)?
➢ My personal vision that I stand for is growth and personal development. I want to have a career/life that
includes constant learning and improvement for myself, but that also creates an environment of
pleasurable learning and improvement for others
• What actions do I take to manifest my visions and my values?
➢ My actions that take to manifest my vision and my values is Learning to understand myself because
understanding myself allows me to accept all my insecurities, abilities, improvements, and skills, and it plays
a role in how I pace myself when working toward my own objectives. And lastly, understanding and knowing
my boundaries, my strengths, and how I can adapt to change. Because it can not only help me progress
toward my goal, but it can also help me build confidence.
• What objectives am I going to set for myself, to start running my vision into reality? (One objective
to achieve within the next week, the next month, and within the next three [3] months)

➢ I visualize living my own dreams with feeling. I Spend an hour every day visualizing myself in as much detail as
possible, living my ideal life. Where am I? Who am I with? What should I be doing? What can I see, smell,
hear, taste and touch? concentrating on sensations and feelings to make them as real as possible
