AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY OF LOT AND CORRECTION OF AREA

That I, CHITA C. SERRANO, Filipino, of legal age, married to GABRIEL

SERRANO, and with residence at J.V. Quesada St., Brgy. Ibaba Del Sur, Paete,
Laguna, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am an heir of the late Asuncion Quesada Cadayona and Felomino

Cadayona;

2. That Asuncion Quesada is the part owner together with Enriqueta Quesda
Biciero of a parcel of land denominated as Lot 8818, covered by Tax Declaration
No.18-0017-00301, containing an area of FIFTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
THIRTY-SEVEN SQUARE METERS (50,837.00 SQM), located at Sitio Bangco
(Upland), Brgy. Bangkusay, Paete, Laguna and more particularly described as
follows:

Boundaries:

North : G. Flores J. Abejero & E. Cajumban

East : P. Ac-Ac, Jose Dans
South : Maricio Guiterez, T. Bunyi & Canal
West : A. Bague

3. That upon verification with the Lot Maps of the Assessor’s Office of Paete,
Laguna was it determined that the identity of the lot covered by said Tax
Declaration No.18-0017-00301 is Lot 8818;

4. That further, upon verification with the Lot Data Computation, the actual lot size
reflected in FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FOUR SQUARE
METERS (48,584SQM) and not the above-stated 50,837sqm;

5. That I hereby attest to the truth of the foregoing statements to show the true
identity of Lot 8818 and for the same to be reflected in the said Tax Declaration
and to correct the area of the subject property from FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED AND FOUR SQUARE METERS (48,584SQM), and for
whatever legal purpose this affidavit may serve best.
