DESCRIPTION

HSE  Total 65 SOs and 65 SOCs has been raised in last 2 weeks.
 Pause and re-think file is being maintained / signed on daily basis.

GC-A Danalyzer 09AT001A

 Sales Gas GC-A maintenance work was completed by Alamdar Sb and currently being used for custody transfer
billing.
 To rectify the unnormalized issue, 02 changes made in sample conditioning system i.e. Installed additional filter
at downstream of heated regulator and secondly adjusted the sample pressure @ 16.5 PSI.
 Daily inspection is being carried out and no any abnormality observed.
 Carrier Gas Cylinder needs to be replaced as in-service cylinder is near to empty and then standby cylinder will
be used. As per warehouse team Helium Cylinders will be reached at site within 2 to 3 days.
Sales Gas Metering

GC-B Danalyzer 09AT001B

 Maintenance activity completed on Sales GC-B. Please see email for details.
 GC is working fine from last 48 hours. Please take under observation for next 2 to 3 days prior to declare as
ready for custody transfer billing.
 Find attached current key parameters of all the GCs and associated sample conditioning system.

H2S GC
Zero air, Hydrogen and Nitrogen cylinders has been replaced with new one.

Reception Metering  Carrier Gas cylinder has been replaced for Miano / Kadanwari GCs.
  Thal GC is under maintenance because its 6-Port valves installed at Sales Gas GC-B. No spare repair kits in stock.
Confirmed from Sawan but no repair kits at Sawan as well.

 Outstanding SAP Notifications has been closed and failure history is being updated accordingly.
 There are couple of open Notifications ( corrective maint ) related to recycle compressor and its required
machine shutdown and dismantling of MCL/BCL.
 There are Notifications close out issues in SAP. Instrumentation related Object and damage codes are missing
SAP
and its mandatory requirement prior to complete the Notification. Problem has been updated in SAP issues log
sheet (available at SharePoint).

 Carrier Gas for GCs

Material  Repair Kits for GCs 6-Port analytical valves.
Follow-up Required  Calibration Gas for Sales Gas GCs.
 Positioner for choke Valves ( Fisher FS3582-1-A )

Misc.  At FEC Compressor, L3, R6 and R2 Thermocouples has been replaced due to erratic temperatures of Exhaust
cylinders temperatures.
