Subject: Value Engineering Proposal for switching from semi glazed porcelain floor tile flooring
to Titanium flooring

We have pinpointed a chance to implement value engineering, which we believe can enhance
cost-efficiency while maintaining the quality of the office building project. Our recommendation
focuses on the flooring materials used in the office area. According to the initial specifications,
the flooring in this space was intended to feature semi-glazed porcelain floor tiles measuring
600x600mm. We propose substituting these tiles with Titanium as a cost-effective alternative.

Our proposal focuses on the corridor area's ceiling finishes, where the original specifications call
for the use of gypsum boards. After careful evaluation, we would like to propose an alternative
solution that we believe will be more cost-effective without sacrificing the project's integrity and
safety. We suggest replacing the gypsum boards with EL TORO Non-Asbestos Ceiling Sheets.
