5.1 SCOPE
SUPPLIER shall be responsible for the design, procurement, engineering, supply of

materials, manufacturing, assembly, shop testing, packing for delivery, timely submittal of
Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manuals (IOM) and timely submittal of Spare
Parts Data Package for both OEM and SUB-SUPPLIERS’ equipment/ materials listed in
DESCRIPTION
the present requisition.
All items not specifically mentioned in this specification, but necessary and required to
form an operational system as describe herein, shall be identified by SUPPLIER to
BUYER in his bid reply and upon approval shall be provided by SUPPLIER as a part of
the system.
Any errors or omissions in this specification shall not absolve SUPPLIER from the
responsibility of designing and providing complete and fully functional equipment as
described in this requisition.

10.1 DESIGN GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Followings in this Material Requisition shall be applied to Chemical Injection

Package design as minimum requirements.
DESCRIPTION
10.1.1 GENERAL
SUPPLIER shall design, supply the required materials, fabricate, inspect,

assemble, shop test, provide internal/external coating (painting), prepare for

shipment, deliver, certify and guarantee the above listed equipment, with
accessories included in the relevant scope of supply.
SUPPLIER shall provide all services, documentations, equipment and materials

including spare parts required to comply with this Material Requisition, its

Appendices and all referenced Standards, Specifications, Drawings, Forms and

Codes listed in Section 7, 8 and Section 9.

The proposal shall be considered to be in full compliance with this Material

The equipment shall perform all the duties as specified on the Equipment Data Sheets.

according to project requirements and definitions here below listed.
12.1 START-UP SPARE PARTS (BASE)

DESCRIPTION
Start-Up Spare Parts are parts or components required during construction, pre-
commissioning, and commissioning. SUPPLIER shall provide the Start-Up Spare
Parts associated with all SUPPLIER-furnished Materials. SUPPLIER shall provide
for BUYER / COMPANY’s Approval list with full details of Start-Up Spare Parts to
be provided by SUPPLIER at the time the Purchase Order is issued.
SUPPLIER shall provide the List of Start-Up Spare Parts with bid reply.

13.1 NON MATERIAL REQUIREMENT
This section defines the scope of documentation and issue purpose for documents
to be provided by SUPPLIER as a minimum.
SUPPLIER shall provide all documentation listed in VDR attached in folder

The drawings and documentation shall be prepared in accordance with “Instruction

SUPPLIER document shall be in accordance with COMPANY’s NMR, Technical
Specification, BUYER’s requirement and all applicable international standards.
SUPPLIER shall submit VDR list for BUYER’s review and approval. The VDR list
shall be mutually agreed and finalized between SUPPLIER and BUYER.

 SUPPLIER shall provide qualified engineers to provide technical assistance and

oversight during the installation, commissioning and site acceptance testing of this
