The complete application file is composed of the following documents
1. This application form, containing your complete and up-dated curriculum vitae and the Motivation letter
2. Officially certified copies and translations of your diplomas obtained AFTER
SECONDARY SCHOOL (we do not accept final diplomas or transcripts of secondary schools) into English, (please send a scanned version).
3. IMPORTANT : Scanned officially certified copies and translations in English of your
transcripts of records for BsC or equivalent, and MsC if available
4. Scanned copy of your registration certificate (if presently enrolled in a higher
education institution)
5. Scanned copy of your passport
6. Officially certified document of language test (copy of the TOEFL/IELTS score
report, or equivalent, if you are not graduated from a University where English is the teaching language). If you are graduated from a University where English is the teaching language, provide certified document from your University, which confirms your ability to study in English.
7. Proof for determining your legal residency (Residence certificate issued in
accordance with your municipality normal registration rules, OR a certificate from your place of work, study or training issued by your institution in question.) This is IMPORTANT EU regulation!
