CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

I, _______________________________________________, employed by ___________________________,

currently assigned at ___________________________________, as a ___________________, effective
_____________________ , hereby undertake to handle as highly confidential all information, documents of the
condominium corporation and all records pertaining to its business affairs. I guarantee to keep confidential and
not to disclose, distribute, or show copies of to any person or entity any information, documents, records
without the prior written consent of the President of THE CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION during or after
the term of my employment.

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any Proprietary Information regarding the business affairs, property,
plans, processes or data of any kind or methods of operation or other Proprietary information relating to THE
CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION.

I acknowledge that any Proprietary information given by THE CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION to me in

connection with this Agreement shall be the sole and exclusive property of THE CONDOMINIUM
CORPORATION, including all applicable trade secrets, source codes, etc.

I will adhere to the policies, procedures, rules and regulations prescribed by the company in its pursuit to
comply with Republic Act 10173 (otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012).

I will ensure to take appropriate and adequate measures to preserve the confidentiality, reliability and integrity
of Personal Data that I handle.

I acknowledge that any breach in the terms of this agreement shall constitute gross violation of Company policy
and shall be grounds for the immediate termination of my employment and legal action against me.

I acknowledge and sign this Confidentiality Agreement voluntarily after I have read its contents and understood
the same and its legal implications.
