Customer Relationship Manager

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for
a Customer Relationship Manager with customer relationship management
experience, familiarity with technology and program management/project
management experience to place at our client, a multinational technology corporation.

Client: Multinational technology corporation

Terms: Contract – strong possibility of 18-month total contract length

Location: 100% Remote (any time zone) - must be located, and authorized to work in,
Canada

Overview

Our client is hiring Customer Relationship Managers to ensure their customers receive the
support they need regarding rolling out training, consumption management, delivery of
services and familiarity of technology offerings. You will look after customer relationship
management, assist with services questions, assist with scheduling and coordinating with
different groups, dig into data, heads down work, PowerPoint presentations with customers
and review what areas should be developing. This position will be a mix of being on the
phone and online meetings, digging into problems and finding resolutions.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

 Nurture, establish and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to


enable quality solution planning, delivery execution and governance
 Manage customer relationships with a focus on understanding business priorities
and how they align and realize the business value for customers and internal teams
 Develop communication techniques for holding business value conversations at
customer executive levels

Consumption Leadership - Customer Strategy and Growth

 Own customer relationships to uncover customer priorities and opportunities to


plan deliveries that increase deployment and adoption velocity of their investments
 Partner with Account team peers to drive conversations with customers that define
and prioritize the strategic alignment between customer’s and our clients goals and
objectives
 Work with customers to design programs that improve operational health

Customer Success Leadership - Delivery and Program Management

 Orchestrate delivery resources to facilitate value realization with a focus on driving


operational health
 Help customers realize the value of their investments and leverage support
agreements to achieve their goals
 Identify and mitigate customer blockers by leveraging our clients solutions and
services and develops deliverable programs of work

Customer Success Leadership – Consumption Leadership

 Help customers to achieve their consumption milestones aligned with their priorities,
track progress, resolve blockers, and keep activities on schedule
 Identify areas where adoption could be improved, and takes action to drive usage

Qualifications:

Required:

 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related


field AND 2+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management,
customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience or,
 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related
field AND 5+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management,
customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience or equivalent
experience

Preferred:

 1+ year(s) relevant work experience within tech industry


 Certifications in technologies such as Azure, M365, D365, AI (artificial intelligence)
 Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or
equivalent
