Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for
a Customer Relationship Manager with customer relationship management
experience, familiarity with technology and program management/project
management experience to place at our client, a multinational technology corporation.
Location: 100% Remote (any time zone) - must be located, and authorized to work in,
Canada

Overview
Our client is hiring Customer Relationship Managers to ensure their customers receive the
support they need regarding rolling out training, consumption management, delivery of
services and familiarity of technology offerings. You will look after customer relationship
management, assist with services questions, assist with scheduling and coordinating with
different groups, dig into data, heads down work, PowerPoint presentations with customers
and review what areas should be developing. This position will be a mix of being on the
phone and online meetings, digging into problems and finding resolutions.
Responsibilities:
Help customers to achieve their consumption milestones aligned with their priorities,
track progress, resolve blockers, and keep activities on schedule
Identify areas where adoption could be improved, and takes action to drive usage
