● Human rights are universal and inalienable. They apply equally, to all
people, everywhere, without distinction. How can the deportation law be
valid when it is violative of the fundamental human right that is the right of
a person from inhuman treatment and the right to a free trial?
○ Were there measures put in place to ensure the safety and rights of
the deported citizens of non-Paldean descent?
● Is there really a need to completely and permanently deport all individuals
who are not of Paldean descent? There is also the alternative of creating an
emergency law that will be valid from its enactment up to the time that
conditions have changed, where it will only segregate all individuals
afflicted with the disease. Is there any reason why deportation is the only
answer?
○ Are you not just using the Covid-19 situation as a reason to achieve
your claim/belief of national identity and purity?
○ How was deportation a necessity and regard it as a call to action for
the COVID-19 situation?
● What was the impact of the deportations on public health in Paldea

advocate for legal reforms or the repeal of the deportation law?
● Did the judges commit abuse of power when they issued the decree
favorable to the Paldean people because they wanted to (parang alisin yung
mga Galarian people kasi they were portrayed to be enemy rival.)

● How does the ABAROLI define rule of law? (pwede rin i-relate ung
definition of tamanaha na there only need to be a system of laws that the
citizens abide by to determine if there is a Rule of Law, in this case and by
that definition, dapat meron diba haha)

international legal norms and standards?
● How can the international legal community contribute to resolving the
situation in Paldea and ensuring respect for human rights?

● What steps are being taken to document and address human rights abuses
against Galarian people in Paldea?
● Do you have evidence to support claims of systemic discrimination and
violence against Galarian people in Paldea?

government and find a peaceful resolution to the tensions between Paldeans
and Galarian people?
