GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROLINDA KHEY YOUNG, of legal age, Filipinos and resident

OF Barangay IV, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, Philippines, do
hereby grant a General Power of Attorney HAZEL KHEY
MARTINEZ, also of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.
Lagasan, Bago City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, as my Attorney-
in-Fact.

My Attorney-in-Fact shall have full powers and authority to do

and undertake all acts on my behalf that I could do personally
including but not limited to:

1) execute an extra-judicial declaration of heirship or any

instrument necessary to allow me to inherit, by operation of law,
properties owned by my parents including but not limited to Lot 114-
B covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-71598;

2.) represent me in dealing/transacting with any government,

including BIR, City Assessor’s Office, Register of Deds or private
office to enter into transactions necessary for transfer of title,
payment of taxes or fees, request of documents or any other
transactions in collection with the afore-mentioned property and/or
any other property in which I have an interest;

3.) execute, accept, undertake, and perform all contracts in my

name and collect proceeds thereof as to the afore-mentioned
property;

4.) borrow, lend, invest or reinvest funds on any terms as to the

afore-mentioned properties or any other property in which I have an
interes;

5.) to initiate, defend, commence or settle legal actions on my

behalf as to the aforementioned property and to sign any pleading in
connection thereto in any stage including appeals with the Court of

Appeals or Supreme Court or any appellate body, to be present in
any hearing or conference and to enter into an amicable settlement
on acceptable terms and conditions;

6.) to retain any accountant, attorney, or other advisor deemed

necessary to protect my interests generally or relative to any
foregoing unlimited power.

My Attorney-in-Fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to

its terms and agrees to act and perform in said fiduciary capacity
consistent with my best interests as my attorney's best discretion
deems advisable, and I hereby affirm and ratify all acts undertaken.
