As a leading brand in the smart wearables industry, we are


continuously striving to provide an exceptional customer experience on our Direct-to-Consumer
(D2C) website. Our product range includes truly wireless earbuds, headphones, neckbands, speakers,
and smartwatches.

Challenge Overview:

Our primary goal is to elevate customer engagement and satisfaction on our website
(https://www.boultaudio.com). We are seeking innovative solutions to improve various aspects of
the customer journey, website features, and overall user experience. We want to encourage
customers not only to make purchases but also to actively interact with our brand beyond
transactions.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Website Flow and Navigation: Suggest strategies to optimize the navigation and organization of
product categories, making it intuitive and efficient for customers to explore our offerings. You are
expected to explore the homepage, category pages, product display pages and checkout process to
come up with the suggestions. Please illustrate your suggestions with examples from other D2C
brands.

2. Product Browsing and Selection: Propose ideas to make the process of browsing and selecting
products more interactive and user-friendly, enhancing engagement and aiding decision-making.

3. Product Display Page: Offer recommendations for enhancing the user-friendliness, interactivity,
ease of understanding, and purchasing convenience on our product display pages. Illustrate with
examples.

4. Checkout Process Enhancement: Suggest enhancements to our checkout process that streamline
entering shipping and billing information, minimizing abandonment rates without compromising
accuracy and security.

5. Customer Behaviour Insights: Why do you or your friends purchase a product from a D2C Website
if the same is available on Amazon or Flipkart, please share your insights with examples.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Prepare a comprehensive document/ppt addressing all five key focus areas.


2. Present clear and practical strategies with examples from other D2C brands, with clear
images of comparison.
3. Describe how your solutions align with our brand and target audience.
4. Exclude ideas that are already implemented on the website.
