4.2 Transport
Forklifts are recommended for machine handling as shown in Figure 4-2.
The operating procedures for the empty operation of the machine are
as follows:

1)After removing debris from the compressed air pipe (especially the
newly installed pipe), connect the pipe to the "air inlet" of the air source
treatment unit shown in Figure 5-3;
2)Rotate the "switch valve knob", then the "switch valve" opens to

"pressure regulating knob of the unloader";

4)Connect the power supply, confirm that the power supply switch is

the left side of the electrical control box on the left side of the left frame, as

Loosen the bolts on the film positioning retaining ring, adjust the
distance between the film positioning retaining ring on the film release
guide roller to make it equal to the width of the packaging film, and at the

the upper and lower adjusting screws A, rotate the adjusting studs B, so that
the bottom sealing part of the bottom sealing device can move up and down
along the long groove at the back end, then adjust the bottom sealing
device in the upper and lower directions, so that the front and rear sealing
blocks of the bottom sealing device are closed to the bottom of the
packaging bag, and keep parallel. Finally, tighten the upper and lower
adjusting screws A.

During the use of the equipment, the following points should be noted for
the adjustment of the bottom seal device:
1) For thicker packaging film, the pressure of the sealing block should be
appropriately increased. The adjustment method is as follows: screw down
the spring cover C and press the spring to a proper position.
2) When using a three-side seal, loosen the two upper and lower adjustment
screws A, lower the seal to a position lower than the bottom of the bag, and
fix it. If the bottom seal device is not used for a long time, the bottom seal
device can be removed and stored properly.
3) When the three-side seal is used, the bottom seal device does not work.
It needs to be set through the touch screen so that the seal is no longer
heated to save electricity (see Chapter 9 for touch screen operation).
As shown in Figure 6-5, when adjusting the height of the bag, first
loosen bolt A and adjust the position of the lower slider in the up-down
direction so that the distance H between the upper and lower sliders is
equal to the height of the bag and then tighten Bolt A; then loosen the two
bolts B, adjust the position of the membrane guide plate in the up-down
direction so that it is in the center of the bag, and then tighten the two bolts
C.

As shown in Figure 6-9, when adjusting the height of the bag, first
loosen the fixing bolt of C, and adjust the guide membrane in the up-down
direction so that the bottom of the opening of the guide membrane is flush
with the lower edge of the bag, and then tighten the C bolt.

As shown in Figure 6-9, when you need to adjust the width of the bag,
First loosen bolt A, and then move B horizontally, so that the adjustment
mark on B is aligned with the scale corresponding to the scissors scale. But

blade edge is vertical during the movement and tightening process.

As shown in Figure 6-11, loosen bolt A, and then move the easy-to-
tear device to an appropriate position. The so-called appropriate position
means that the center of the easy-punching punch and the cutting center of
the scissors are exactly an integer multiple of the bag. Tighten bolt A.

between the centers of the two tear-off punches exactly one bag width.

The following points should be noted when adjusting the color mark
detector:
1) The distance between the color mark detection point and the front
edge of the scissors should be an integer multiple of the bag width.

3) For the use of the color mark detector, please refer to the "Color
mark detection sensor instruction manual".
During the use of the device, the following points should be noted for the
color mark detector:
1) The distance from the fiber head of the fiber optic sensor to the
cursor of the film should be appropriate. The light beam can be focused on
the color scale and the color scale can be accurately detected.
2) Loosen the knob C of the fixed color mark detection base, and
adjust its upper and lower positions so that the light beam strikes the
middle of the cursor.
3) During the operation of the device, the optical fiber sensor must not
have obvious vibration, otherwise it will affect the detection effect.
4) The left and right positions of the sensor should be judged based on
the effect of the scissors cutting the film, so that the scissors can be cut to
the middle of the cursor.

6-14 Adjust the color scale detection device when changing the bag width
The bag pulling action of the machine is driven by servo motor. When
the bag width changes, we need reset the length data of the servo pull bag.
It can be operated by a touch screen. For details, please check the "touch
screen operation instructions" in chapter 9.
As shown in Figure 6-13, when the bag width changes, loosen the
bolts 3 and 5, and move the clamp block 4 and the suction cup fixing block
6 horizontally so that the position of the "suction cup" can be realigned
with the center position of the packaging bag. Tighten the bolts 3 and 5;
loosen the bolts 1, and move the suction pipe clamp block 2 horizontally so
that the position of the "blowing nozzle" can be realigned with the center
position of the opening of the packaging bag, and the bolts 1 can be
tightened.
As the bag width changes, you may need to adjust the width of the
bag. The width of the bag is changed from large to small. Loosen bolt A
and adjusting screw C to move the joint bearing B in the direction of a.

When the bag conveying device clamps the bag in the front and rear
top blocks, it conveys the bag to the corresponding station to complete the
corresponding function. When the bag width is changed, the position of the
top block needs to be adjusted so that the top block can withstand the
vertical seal position of the bag again, as shown in Figure 6-15. The
adjustment method is as follows:
First loosen the fixing screw on clamp block A, change the distance
between the two top blocks, so that the top post on the top block just grips
the vertical seal position of the bag (the front and back must be aligned),
and then fix the screw on clamp block A. Each six pairs is a group of three
bags. After the bag display station, the interval between the top blocks of
each group is a bag width; before the bag display station, the interval

When the bag width changes, the location of the feeding cup must be
adjusted accordingly. Orient the bottom of the "feed cup" to the center of
the bag opening.
As shown in Figure 6-16, when the bag width changes, loosen bolt A
first, and then move the "soft chuck seat" horizontally until the "polyester
head" on the "soft chuck seat" is facing the packaging bag. Vertical seal,
tighten bolt A, and then adjust the other "soft chuck seat" in the same way.
When the width of the bag changes, the width of the bag must also change.
Loosen the bolt C first. If the adjustment screw D is loosened when the bag
changes from large to small, the joint bearing B should move in the
direction of a. When it is large, tighten the adjusting screw D, then the joint
bearing B should move in the opposite direction of a, and then tighten the
bolt C. Adjust the other two bag parts in the same way.

because the output volume of each screw is constant, and the performance
of servo motor determines that it can stop in any moment, the filling device
has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy.

The liquid level sensor is used to detect the level of the liquid level
and automatically send out signals to control the automatic opening and
closing of the feeding device (the feeding equipment of the liquid agent
needs to be provided by the customer); the inlet port is a 1 inch threaded
live joint, the customer needs to be connected to the feed pipe, and a valve
should be added to the feed pipe when connected.
During operation, just open the manual valve under the tank, set the
required value on the control screen, and open the main control valve (ball
valve) before filling the liquid filling device to make the liquid flow and
drain the air in the pipe. The total discharge time of the liquid is determined
by the time parameters (electrical part). Through the setting of this
parameter to complete the measurement fine-tuning.

2) Use a thin wire brush to clean the surface of the heat seal at any time to
keep the surface of the seal clean;
3) Keep the joint shaft and other rotating shafts clean and wash them once a
day;
Keep the surface of the scissors clean and remove debris every day. After
shutdown, apply anti-rust oil to the surface of the scissors.
During driving, empty the car as little as possible to prevent shortening the
service life of the scissors caused by air grinding.
After the blade of the scissors is worn, the cut of the bag will be uneven. At
this time, do not change the cutting angle at will. Use fine oil stone and
lubricant to polish up and down along the pair of opposite friction surfaces
of the scissors until it is sharp.
6) Clean the filter of the vacuum system regularly. As shown in Figure 3-2,
unscrew knob A, remove the filter element, remove the garbage from it,
clean the filter element, then install the filter element, and turn knob A.
7) Drain the sewage from the compressed air filter regularly. As shown in
Figure 5-4, turn off the knob on the sewage outlet, drain the sewage into the
prepared container, and then turn on the knob on the sewage outlet.9.2

lubricating shaft sleeve, refueling once a week during daily maintenance;
2) the groove and bearing of the upper seal frame are lubricated once a
week;
3) For the CF16 bearing set used in this machine, as shown in Figure 8-1,
