PARENT-TEACHER MEETING

Dear Parents,

Greetings!

We cordially invite you to attend our Parent-Teacher Meeting on Friday,

19th May, 2023.

This meeting will offer you the opportunity to meet with your child’s class-
teacher and subject teachers to discuss how your child has settled in from the
beginning of the new academic session, how he/she has evolved since the start
of the session, review their progress, and consider next steps in their learning.

We look forward to your valuable suggestions so that all of us together can

bring out effective and productive overall changes to scale new heights.

KINDLY NOTE THE TIMING :

• GROUP A - Serial number- 1 to 30 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

• GROUP B - Serial number- 31 onwards 10 a.m to 11 a.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE:

• It is mandatory for parents and students to attend the meeting on Friday. If
any parent/student has any inconvenience, it’s imperative that you inform the
class-teacher well in advance.

• Please attend the meeting according to the group divided and kindly adhere to
the timing.

• It’s imperative for the parents to carry their Parent-ID Card.

• Students must be accompanied by their parents only.

• Students must be dressed in their school uniform and must carry the school
diary.

• It is a request to the parents/students, to be prepared with all their doubts and

queries before hand and wait for their turn patiently.
