Business Concept: Coffee Shop

Concept:

To build a coffee shop in front of the Precious International School of Davao City. Tha atmosphere of the
place is calming to get the attention of the students, and also for them to get tempted to stay at my coffee
shop, try the pastries, different kind of drinks, and coffee. This café will be located at GSIS Heights
Subdivision, Matina, Davao City.

Customer Needs:

If the students of Precious International School of Davao will get out of school with a pressure and stress
because of the acads or their studies they can stay and relax at my coffee shop, that can also listen to a
good and calming music while eating food, and drinking coffee or drinks, and of course they can read
books at my café, because there will be a library at my café for those people who love books, they can also
have a free access for the wifi or the internet.

Issues:

The issue of building a coffee shop near at the school is when they are having their vacation, my sales will

be decreased.
