Cincher notifies the parents that SEM Level Il status of the school needs to ‘be sustained by passing the Regional Surveltance in which Wins is the vita focus ofthe sald survellance. in this context, parents are informed that water system s the risk thatthe school ‘need to prioritize. Pus, the need of 11 group handwashing facilites to attain the 2:100 ratio ‘of handwashing to pupils’ ratio, pressurized electric water pump to address the Insufficient ‘supply of water in the school and the segregated male and female CR. '5) The LGU of Carmen offers 931,000.00 through SEF which is not enough to finance the Immediate need of the school whichis the electric operated water system. With this financial scarcity the parents of Carmen Central Elementary School agree to donate at least P00 per parent and even offer free services to help materialize the “Patubig Project” ofthe school. 6) The parents also decide to give thelr donations tothe teacher for easy access purposes and the teachers wil be the one to remit the money tothe PTA Treasurer every Monday. ‘71 Deadline of the donation will be April 29, 2022 ~ Friday. £8) Second agendum Is the School to School Resbakuns 9) Miss Marivic Cincher tackles the importance of Covid -19 Vaccination to parents. She ‘encourages parents to put utmost concern into the health of thelr children through emphasizing the rights ofthe children fora safe and healthy living ike Covid vaccination. She further inspires the parents that through vaccination they will be protected from the virus. “The importance of boosters also being explained as to efficacy ofthe vaccine. She also shares, the municipal ordinance of the LGU to lt the residents hang thelr vaccination and booster card wherever they go within the vichity of Carmen. 10) Mr. Karl Ong. the municipal nurse, adds other important information about the significance ‘of the vaccine. He then informs the parents of the upcoming school to school resbakuna which ‘will be on Apri 25, 2022 at 8:00 am. Those who are scheduled to have a second dose in Rama ‘Gym wil be catered in Carmen Central ESas the new venue which is part ofthe RHU’s School- BBayed Immunization activity for aged S-11 years old. Parents’ consents are distributed so that HU screening team can easily check the data by Monday. Birth Certificate is required for ‘every child and for thote children who are under their guardians only are required to submit “authorization from the parent/s.
