Good day!
We humbly write this letter regarding our trademark application BEFORE
AND AFTER BITES with application number 4/2022/00525220, in response to the
NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT with Document No. 2023/102548.
Pursuant to the Notice of Abandonment, we allegedly failed to completely
respond to the findings or objections of the Examiner in Official Action bearing
Document No. 2023/33127 which was mailed on February 22, 2023.
With all due respect, in the Subsequent Action, we were asked to comply with
the following:
1. Submission of Consent to Register, and
2. Remittance of the additional filing fee
 In our response dated March 30, 2023, we have duly complied with the
aforementioned. We have attached to our response a copy of the signed Consent to
Register from INSPI PHILIPPINE VENTURE MERCHANDISE allowing
UPMINSTER to use the name. Furthermore, we have also attached the receipt of
remittance for the additional fee amounting to two thousand four hundred twenty-
four (Php 2, 424).

We have attached below the signed Consent to Register and the receipt of the
remittance fee.
