Nowadays, having a good body is trivial for the majority of people, which contributes to the overall

well-being of each person. However, can a person live without working out? The answer for this
statement is yes, but our body cannot function in the most effective way. Living without working out
can lead to an inactive lifestyle. To illustrate, you burn fewer calories due to the lack of movement,
which makes you more likely to gain weight and causes obesity. Furthermore, your metabolism may
be affected, and your body may have more trouble breaking down fats and sugars. As a result, the
immune system may not work as well, bones and muscles will become weaker and lose some
mineral content. Consequently, people might face some difficulties in physical activities. In
comparison with people with an inactive lifestyle, active people who exercise can improve their brain
health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve
their ability to do everyday activities. In conclusion, in order to have a good performance at school
and in everyday activities, we should exercise reasonably, especially students.
