CONFIRMATION OF GOODS DELIVERY ASSURANCE

We are writing in response to your request for a confirmation letter regarding your upcoming

purchase of goods from Namlana Steel Company Limited. We are pleased to confirm the

details of our agreement and assure you that you will receive the goods as specified.

As per our agreement, May Alan Ventures will purchase goods with a total value of $300,000,

delivery of materials precisely.

3. Delivery Location: Afa Anjura Mosque.

4. Mode of Payment: Cash or cheque and currency should be the legal tender of Republic of

Ghana.
