This manifestation is to certify that the undersigned had checked and inspected the above referred
structure with a view to ascertain the structural stability of the Residential Unit Condominium on
September 13, 2022.

The subject structure had complied in accordance with the requirements on the provisions of The National
Building Code of the Philippines (P.D. 1096) as well as the NSCP 2015 Edition.

As to Structural Investigation wise, physical features and appearance of the structure shows that internal
wall in the kitchen area of unit 26D it doesn’t support anything above it nor part of the structural frame
system. Removing it doesn’t cause any structural damage.

I therefore certify that the subject structure is safe and sound and structurally stable and pose no danger
to both life and property. I do also certify that the said structure is safe for use and human habitation.

This certification is being issued in response to owner’s request.
