Is it Perceivable? The website is very perceivable, and Chick-fil-A is a very well


branded corporation who ensures that their customer service is
top notch.

Is it Operable? Yes, it’s very operable and providing the access to change the
accessibility to personalize their online experience speaks highly
of how they want to ensure that all customers have a positive
experience. They have the capability to adjust the font sized and
on page color contrast and visitors can turn on specific profiles

Is it Understandable? The website is very understandable, and the layout of the
website is very easy to navigate.

Is it Robust? The Chick-fil-A website is very robust in ensuring that the


customers receive a well rounded experience of the restaurant
from access to the Menu, Stories, About and Careers that
provided details under each of those headlines for the customer.
You truly see the organization online just as you see it in person
when you visit the actual restaurant.

Is it Perceivable? Yes, the website is very perceivable, and it has been ranked No.
1 for accessibility. The website was evaluated for compliance to
ensure that those with diverse abilities can make full use of the
web.
Is it Operable? The page is operable and uses the appropriate headlines, fonts,
and captions for all photos and visual elements. A visually
impaired person using an electronic text to speech reader can
access the same information that others find on the page.
Is it Understandable? The website is very understandable and accessible to follow.
The new design includes numerous features that improve
accessibility. The communications office Web Team uses
Rocket Validator and other tools to proactively identify and
correct any accessibility problems that might arise when pages
are updated, or new webpages are added.
Is it Robust? The site is very robust and meets the requirements that the
American Disabilities Act requires all institutions of higher
learning to follow under the law.

Is it Perceivable? Yes, the website is perceivable and uses the appropriate


headlines and fonts for all photos and visual elements. It doesn’t
overload it’s website pages with content and that helps with
accessibility and navigability.
Is it Operable? Yes, conveys its mission, initiatives, partnerships, and
educational content in a way that is accessible. Like other
examples we’ve listed, the fact that WWF doesn’t overload its
pages with content helps with accessibility and navigability.
Is it Understandable? Yes, the website is understandable and provides the viewer with

all the necessary elements about the organization in a
professional manner.
Is it Robust? No, it’s not robust! WWF’s current site isn’t made with a
traditional CMS that could add some of these features
automatically, further showing their commitment to accessible
design. We also like how high contrast this site’s text is.

Is it Operable? Yes, the page is operatable. You can click on the corresponding
tabs to get to see what the tab details about the small business.

Is it Understandable? Yes, the page is understandable. It explains what the site is about
and what it offers.

Is it Robust? No, it’s not robust at all. The website could have more on it and
could be more appealing to the eye. It’s very plain when it
comes to fonts etc.
