The Impact and importance of acknowledging such diversities in different aspect is very important
for us people especially in terms of respecting them. Accepting differences in our community always
includes understanding it in any possible ways. People have differences and different implications in life
it doesn’t mean that when we are talking about diversities it was about disability of someone. There are
different diversities that we need to consider and understand for us to know how to communicate with
others.

We people usually criticize and laugh to other people because they are different. We need to be
knowledgeable enough to know how we can handle and interact with them in a good way for them not to
feel that they are different. For example, people with disabilities, they are identified as abnormal people
just because they are different with other people who don’t have any complications. And aside from that
people usually put particular label indicating their race, gender, sexuality and their disability. While
various dimensions of diversity were providing a comprehending human variability they adequately
describing a person by addressing them such names, a group of people with different race. Instead of
doing that we must remember that these diversities were existed and should be address properly and
deserves to be respected equally. (Crenshaw,1989)

Having the privilege to do the things without any conflict with physical and mental state is an
advantage for individuals to live their life to the fullest and be grateful for being like that. But it doesn’t
mean that we have the right to criticize and humiliate others because and make fun of them. As people
with humility we need to understand and acknowledging that even if they are different we need to know
what would be the impact of it with them.
