The appointment of the above said Bio-Medical Engineer (BS-17) shall be subject {o the following terms & conditions: |. He/She will be governed by such service rules as may be issued by the Government from time to time. ii, FetShe will be placed on probation for a period of two yaare iii, During the period of probation, his/her services would be liable to be terminated on ‘one month's notice without any reason being assigned or an payment of one month’s salary in lieu of the notice period if he/she was previously noi in Government service or revert hinvher to his/her former post (f he/she was in service previously) but after Confirmation he/she will be governed by the provisions of the relevant Service Rules. v. Private prectice / working will be subject to the conditions that it does not interfere with the performance of official duties. Prior written approval shall be sought from this department in this regard His/Her appointment is subject to physical fitness. In case he/she has not been declared fit by the Standing Medical Board on his/her first entry into Government service as Gazette Government servant vi. If he/she fails to appear before the Medical Board on the fixed date, his/her offer will be deemed to have been withdrawn automatically and no further correspondence shall be entertained on the subject. vi. He/She will not be entitled to any TAIDA for presenting himself herself before the Medical Board for examination on joining his/her first appointment.vii, He/She is not married to foreign national. He/She should submit declaration to this effect to Government, ix. His/Her credentials/degrees /certificate shall be got verified from the concemed Board/University/Institution by the concemed MS / Head of Insfitution. In case degrees /certificates of academic qualification /any other particular documents or information submitted by him/her are subsequently found to be bogus/forged jincorrect etc., the offer of appointment shall be withdrawn (apart from any other ction on account of criminal offence) in terms of Regulation Nos. 32, 71 of the FPSC Regulation, 2000. x.
