The completion of this narrative report could not have been possible without the
support, participation and sincere guidance that I received from a lot of individual to
uphold this internship.

First and foremost I would like to express my deep and gratitude to the owner of
Fleur de lilies Glamping farm Ms. Apple Toledana to Mrs. Alma Tayamora the
supervisor of Fleur De Lilies who give us a warm welcome and taking care of me inside
of the farm. To kuya Jessie who shared intellectual support and understanding given us.
To my family who keeps supporting me and help to accomplish this internship and
always gave motivation to me to finish this internship and report

And lastly praises and thanks to God, the Almighty, for this shower of blessings

PREFACE

This Narrative report is a Partial Fulfilment of the requirement of the course


Industry Immersion 1 during 3rd semester School year 2020-2021. It states the whole
activities what I’ve learned the whole industry, it contains of the establishment.

During the industry immersion I experience a lots of things, I communicate to the


different types of people. I learned about how to handle the restaurant, how to
communicate with people, how to do the task and how to be confident.

DEDICATION

This narrative report is whole heartedly dedicated to my family who have been
my source of inspiration and gave me strength when I feel of discouragement who
continually provide my financial support.

To my adviser who’s willing to help me improve and make this happen.

To my sister’s, brother’s, relatives, friends and my special inspiration BTS who


shared their words of advice and encouragement to finish this immersion.

And lastly I dedicated this project to Almighty God for this guidance, strength,
power of mind, protection, skills and for giving me a healthy lifestyle.

FLEUR DE LILIES GLAMPING FARM

At first the place was a vegetable, piggery and livestock farm. The owner is in
Manila and they have tenants in the farm to tend the farm. It became a quiet and relaxing
place to stay when owners visit. Then pandemic happen the family decided to stay in the
province and the place slowly change its face.

Renovations and upgrading styles to fit the modern camping experience. The farm
opened to the public last December, visitors can avail of the food from the menu that the
owner personally cook, with less covid restrictions visitors flock and enjoy videoke,
pictures taking.

Now staycation with many freebies is available. This place is one of the new
tourist attraction in the province.

Introduction

The student internship program is very important because its help to enhance the
knowledge, skills, personality of the student and career self development. It is to expose
the student to the inner working of their chosen industry. Student internship programs
helps students like me to see and to train in an reality workplace to prepare for life and
job. Its also help to develop for being an professionalism and encourage character
growth.

Internship program is one of the door of an opportunity. Internship program will


let the student see the real practices of an work job. Learning how to communicate with a
supervisor and handle challenging work situations in their chosen field. Recognizing
strength and weaknesses.

NARRATION OF EXPERIENCES

Specific Days and Dates Experiences

1st week Our first week, I do the cleaning


(January 25-31, 2023) facilities, serving food and drinks and
washing dishes together with my
classmates.
2nd week Our 2nd week. Like the first week, I do
(February 1-7, 2023) the same job but this whole week I do
the beddings and taking orders.
3rd week Our 3rd week. I do again the cleaning
(February 8-14, 2023) facilities, serving foods and drinks,
washing dishes, beddings, bussing out
the soil dishes and taking customer
orders.
4th week Our 4th week. We served foods to the
(February 17-23, 2023) guest which is the Governor’s people.

5th week Our 5th week. We served foods again to


(February 24-25, March 1-2, 2023) the Governor’s people.

6th week Our 6th week. like the usual we do as a


(March 3-9, 2023) all around worker.

7th week Our 7th week. This is the most tiring


(March 10-16, 2023) weeks ever, the Volkswagen club is our
guest and we catered then entertain them
until midnight and so go on. (Ot)
Last 3 days Our last 3 days, like the usual we do as a
(March 17-19, 2023) all around worker.

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND SOLUTIONS EMPLOYED

PROBLEMS:

 I encountered one guest that complaining about the availability of the foods on the
menu, the guest wants to order other foods that is not available in fleur menu.
 I encountered also the guest is complaining of how many hours did the food will
served to them, they want to served the food fast.
 I encountered two guest complaining about the menu price. They said it is to
pricey.

SOLUTIONS

 Always apologize to the guest, talk at them peacefully, don’t be harsh . Be good
and entertain them by giving them a positive idea. If they complaining something
they didn’t like then the way to customer heart is to talk them in a good way.

SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATION

 Add more lights


 Add more flowers
 Make sure that all the lights are functioning well
 In every table must have a number to avoid confusion

EVALUATION OF EXPERIENCES

As a trainee at 1500 hours in fleur , I gained a lot of knowledge and skills are
improving . Not only this but also my self-confidence, self esteem. At first day I’m a shy
person and having fear seeing new people but now we start doing the immersion, there’s
no reason to be shy and fear. Be confidence because it can helps us a lot fighting our
fears, my fear of people. My whole experience really help me and improve myself.
