The location has a few natural features. The area has

minimal trees/vegetation, and the grass on the flat base
plane of the site is sparse and poorly maintained.

Spatial Arrangements

The site is surrounded by streets, making it more accessible to users and emergency services. Also, its
strategic location helped it to be reachable outside SBFZ, where users could approach the site easily.

Views

From the front and both side-views of

the site are primarily commercial
strips that could directly access the
user's needs since the proposed site
will be an institutional building.
