Ans. Land pollution, water pollution, air pollution, deforestation atc.

Ans. Temperature, air, light, water.

v. Describe your favourite habitat?

Ans. My favourite habitat is sea habitat. It covers 75% surface of the earth. Animals
like fish, turtles, crab etc. are found in this habitat.

Work in group of 5 and do the following activities.

i. Suppose your school is a natural habitat. Who are the members of this habitat?
Make their list. Also tell how it is affected by the activities of the students.

ii. Imagine our earth without the sun? What do you think? Will life be possible then?
Will it be possible for plants to grow and make food in the absence of light and
heat of the sun? Write reasons for your answer.
