HBS Postgraduate Placements - Post Placement Interview

50% of assessment for Work Placement Portfolio module 7BSP1336 (you must complete and pass
both
parts to receive a complete for this module)

Learning outcome being assessed:

Reflect on personal learning and skills development: evidence how this has been developed, and
critically analyse the attributes and competencies required to gain and be successful in postgraduate
employment

The post placement interviews take place during June (you will be offered a choice of times). The interview
lasts approximately twenty to thirty minutes (a 30-minute appointment will be made) and will focus on what
skills you have gained from your placement. To support you in preparing for the interview, below is an outline
of the areas covered along with details of how you will be assessed and given feedback. Remember to make
use of the STARR technique when preparing your examples (please refer back to the Interim Skills Report
guidance on the module site for a refresher on the STARR model). Once you have answered the questions,
there will be an opportunity to ask the assessor questions.
