GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


This position is to guide and manage the overall HR activitites at Constantia Vietnam: incl. comp&ben, recruitment, learning and development, policies and talent
management. He/She shall act as reliable business partner, establishing close relationships with the Head of Functions to support the business effeciency. This position
will have two direct reports (1 for recruitment, 1 for comp&ben).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES - KEY ACTIVITIES


-Able to establish and drive HR programs and initatives supporting local business needs
-Acts as business partner, establishing close relationships with business heads
-Manages payroll processes, including compensation and bonus schemes
-Ensures compliance with labor law - contracts, HR regulations, payroll systems etc.
-Supports the organization and local teams to grow - consults on personal and organizational development topics and manages respective projects
-Manages recruitment projects, ensures to attract and retain talents for Constantia Vietnam
-Together with local Mangement and Group HR builds up a succession planning pipeline for Constantia Vietnam
-Able to implement HR activities and policies based on Group HR programs and standards

Main challenges:
• Develops effective communication with Group HR
• Ensures sufficient staffing and timely recruitment to enable the operations to deliver the business targets
• Stays up-to-date with changes in local labor laws
• Further establishes the HR portfolio in terms of learning and development as well as talent management
• Secures productive relationships with key stakeholders.

• Technical expertise of HR processes such es payroll and recruitment, L&D
• Payroll and labor law knowledge
• Native Vietnamese and fluent in English (writing, listening, speaking, reading)
• Project management skills
• Strong communicator and relationship manager

EXPERIENCE What people HAVE DONE – on-the-job experience


• Around 2-3 years in a similiar HR position in mid-sized organizations (200-300 people)
• At least 6-7 years total HR experience in an international environment, generalistic roles
• Leadership experience, at least with 1 HC
• Experience in recruiting and organizational development programs
