1. Normal Condition:
1.1. System energized, AC and Battery power connected.

1.2. Readout display Time/Date, System ID and System Normal

2. Trouble Test
2.1. Disconnect any input device in a loop

2.1.1. Panel buzzer ON, Trouble LED flashing

2.1.2. Readout display Loop/Device number, Location, Trouble IN.

2.1.3. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC activated

2.1.4. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel

2.1.5. Printer logs event.

2.2. Press TRBL ACK button

2.2.1. Panel buzzer OFF, Trouble LED steady

2.3. Reconnect the input devices

2.3.1. Panel buzzer ON, Trouble LED flashing

2.3.2. Readout display Loop/Device number, Location, Trouble OUT.

2.3.3. Printer logs event.

2.4. Press TRBL ACK button

2.4.1. Panel buzzer OFF, Trouble LED steady

2.5. Press Reset Button

2.5.1. Readout display Time/Date, System ID and System Normal

2.5.2. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC; relay is restored to Normal Operation

2.5.3. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel; relay is restored to Normal Operation

2.5.4. Printer logs event.

2.6. Disconnect any audible device in an audible circuit

2.6.1. Panel buzzer ON, Trouble LED flashing

2.6.2. Readout display Audible Circuit Number, Trouble IN


2.6.3. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC activated

2.6.4. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel activated

2.6.5. Printer logs event.

2.7. Press TRBL ACK button

2.7.1. Panel buzzer OFF, Trouble LED steady

2.8. Reconnect the audible device in the circuit & press reset button

2.8.1. Readout display Time/Date, System ID and System Normal

2.8.2. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC; relay is restored to Normal Operation

2.8.3. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel; relay is restored to Normal Operation

2.8.4. Printer logs event.

3. Alarm Test
3.1. Activate any initiating device in a loop

3.1.1. Panel buzzer ON, Alarm LED and AUD SIL LED Flashing

3.1.2. Readout display Loop/Device Number, Location, Alarm IN.


3.1.3. All audible and visual indicators are ON as per approved cause & effect
matrix
3.1.4. HVAC shut-off relay activated

3.1.5. Alarm signal to SAS & PCC activated

3.1.6. Alarm signal to MIMIC Panel activated

3.1.7. Telephone dialer activated, signal to PCC & Security Dispatcher

3.1.8. Printer logs event.

3.2. Press ALARM ACK button

3.2.1. Panel buzzer OFF, Alarm LED Steady

3.3. Press AUD SIL button

3.3.1. AUD SIL LED steady

3.3.2. All audible And visual indicators are OFF

3.4. Press Reset Button

3.4.1. Readout display Time/Date, System ID and System Normal

3.4.2. Alarm signal to SAS & PCC; relay is restored to normal operation.

3.4.3. Alarm signal to MIMIC Panel; relay is restored to normal operation.

3.4.4. HVAC shutdown relay is restored to normal operation.

3.4.5. Printer logs event.

3.5. Repeat (if required) 3.1 to 3.4 for other initiating devices

4. Ground Fault Test


4.1. Short any input terminal with Chassis (Except AC Power supply)
4.1.1. panel buzzer ON, Trouble LED flashing

4.1.2. Readout display Ground Fault (minus or plus), Trouble IN

4.1.3. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC activated

4.1.4. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel activated

4.1.5. Printer logs event.

4.2. Press TRBL ACK button

4.2.1. panel buzzer OFF, Trouble LED steady

4.3. Press reset button

4.3.1. Readout display Time/Date, System ID and System Normal

4.3.2. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC; relay is restored to Normal Operation

4.3.3. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel; relay is restored to Normal Operation

4.3.4. Printer logs event.

5. Battery Back-up Test


5.1. Disconnect main power supply

5.1.1. Panel buzzer ON, Trouble and Power LEDs flashing

5.1.2. Readout display AC Power Fail, Time/Date, Trouble IN

5.1.3. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC activated

5.1.4. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel activated

5.1.5. Printer logs event.

5.1.6. Note the time of main power supply disconnect


5.1.7. Check the Control Panel power status battery capacity shall be for 48
Hours standby and 30minutes.
5.2. Press TRBL ACK button

5.2.1. Panel buzzer OFF, Trouble LED steady

5.3. Activate any initiating device in a loop

5.3.1. Response is the same as 3.1 to 3.3

5.4. Restore the AC power

5.4.1. Panel buzzer ON, Trouble LED flashing and Power LED steady

5.4.2. Readout display AC Power Fail, Time/Date, Trouble OUT

5.5. Press reset button

5.5.1. Readout display Time/Date, System ID and System Normal

5.5.2. Alarm signal to SAS & PCC; relay is restored to normal operation.

5.5.3. Alarm signal to MIMIC Panel; relay is restored to normal operation.

5.5.4. HVAC shutdown relay is restored to normal operation.

5.5.5. Printer logs event.


6. Short Circuit Test
6.1. Short any zone in an initiating loop

6.1.1. Panel buzzer ON, Trouble LED Flashing

6.1.2. Readout display Devices between LIMs, Trouble IN

6.1.3. Trouble signal to SAS & PCC activated

6.1.4. Trouble signal to MIMIC Panel activated

6.1.5. Printer logs event.

6.2. Press TRBL ACK button

6.2.1. panel buzzer OFF, Trouble LED steady

6.3. Activate any device in another zone of the same loop

6.3.1. same as 3.1 to 3.3

6.4. Remove shorting and press reset button

6.4.1. Readout display Time/Date, System ID and System Normal

6.4.2. Alarm signal to SAS & PCC; relay is restored to normal operation.

6.4.3. HVAC shutdown relay is restored to normal operation.

6.4.4. Printer logs event.

6.4.5. Trouble Signal to Mimic Panel restored to Normal operation
