 Envelope (5) marked as TENDER BOND containing one original, and two copies of the Tender Bond.

All the above Five (5) envelopes should be clearly marked and addressed as above and with the appropriate
tender reference number, then should be submitted together but NOT to be put in a single envelope.

The Tenderer must affix his initialed company stamp to every page of his original Tender submission,
which should include all parts of the Tender Documents.

The Tenderer shall submit his technical and commercial proposals in two separate sealed packages and
each package should be identifiable with clear marking on it "TECHNICAL" or "COMMERCIAL" on the outer
cover.

It is the intention of Kahramaa to open and evaluate the technical proposal, in the first instance. The
`Technical Package' should not have any commercial proposal, but should contain only the following:

a) Bidders must fill Form# ٢.‫ح‬.‫م‬.‫ت‬. and attach it as the first page of the technical offer.
b) Signed Secrecy Declaration
c) Item 8a, 8b, 15 & 17 of the Checklist for Tenderer’s printed in company official company letter head
signed by the authorized signatory for this tender
d) Provisional Bank Guarantee (In Separate envelope)
e) Completed Contract Appendices (except Appendix B)
f) Experience of the Tenderer in providing services of similar nature to that required under this Tender
(using the Tenderer’s Information and Experience Form attached to these Instructions to Tenderers).
g) CV of the proposed Consultant representative stating qualifications and experience, who will be dealing
with KAHRAMAA representative and perform other functions as required under the Agreement.
h) CVs of the Consultant’s specialists and engineers whose services will be engaged under this Agreement,
stating their education, qualifications and experience.
i) The original CD
j) Bidders shall attach Trade License, Certificate of Registration & Classification, issued by Qatar’s Ministry
of Finance, at the top of the TECHNICAL OFFER. Foreign bidders, for the time being, can participate in
tenders without registering on a condition that in case of being awarded a tender they will register as per
any applicable laws in Qatar. However, they can submit with their offer certificate(s) of official registration
from their home country.
k) Bidders should attach a copy of valid Commercial Registration with their Commercial and Technical offers.
Foreign bidders should attach an Undertaking Letter that they shall register their company locally to
operate as a “Foreign Company” in accordance with the local laws.
l) Attested copy of certificate showing specimen of signatories authorized to sign the Tender and
Contract Agreement. In case the Tenderer is a foreign-registered company, the certificate (or Power of
Attorney) shall be attested by the Foreign Affairs office and the Qatar Embassy in the country of
registration.
m) Audited financial statements for the last 3 years
n) Summary of the Contract
o) Valid MOF Classification Certificate
p) Signed and stamped General Checklist with all necessary Mentioned Documents
