    GENERAL MATHEMATICS
    Performance Task # 1
    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Search for one (1) real-life application word problem on rational functions.

    2. Represent the problem using a rational function and construct your table of values. Please refer to the

    PowerPoint presentation for our lesson on rational functions for a sample word problem.

    3. Discuss your chosen problem and the complete solution by creating a video.

    4. You may use a PowerPoint presentation while discussing the word problem.

    5. You may use transitions, subtitles, and any other video effects to enhance your video. You may also

    utilize any free online application for video editing.

    6. You should wear a uniform or smart casual attire in your video or any decent attire. Wearing spaghetti

    straps or sando for both male and female is prohibited.

    7. You will be graded using the following criteria:

    ✓ ORGANIZATION 20%

    ✓ CONTENT 50%

    ✓ AUDIO-VISUAL QUALITY 15%

    ✓ CREATIVITY 15%

    8. The deadline for submission will be on or before October 11, 2023.
