EARLY ADMISSIONS EXERCISE (EAE) PREPATORY WORKSHOP

You may apply for a maximum of three courses within a single polytechnic or a single course at three
different polytechnics or any other combination. Successful applicants will receive only one offer. Identify
your three choices in order of your preference. Minimum of one choice, no duplication of choices.

There are two segments in your application:

1. Interest & Aptitude (600 characters)

You are encouraged to submit a unique 600 characters write-up for each of your choice
2. Talents & Achievement (1000 characters)

600 characters include spacing but should not contain the following characters “&, , ‘, “,~”.

Structure your sentences in a logical and coherent manner. Use the features in Microsoft Word to do a
spell check where you can check for spelling and grammatical errors. You can also make use of it to
check for the number of characters in your write-up.

character, values, integrity and 21st century skills are also very important. Go back to the table on page 2
