AFFIDAVIT OF NON-FILING
OF AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

I, MONICA ANA AGBULOS, of legal age, Filipino, with office ad-

dress at 1870 E. Rodriguez, Sr. Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City, after
having been sworn under into law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the duly-elected Corporate Secretary of ROSARIO

ANIMATED DISPLAY, INC. [hereinafter referred to as “the Corpora-
tion”], a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine
laws with office address at 1870 E. Rodriguez, Sr. Avenue, Cubao,
Quezon City.

2. The Corporation did not earn any income for the years
2021 and 2022 due to limitations on business operations brought
about by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

3. Considering that no income came in during the years

2021 and 2022, the Corporation did not file its Audited Financial
Statements for the said years before the Securities and Exchange
Commission.

4. I am attesting to the truth of the foregoing facts for the

securing an Animated Display with the De La Salle University,
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

Further, affiant sayeth naught.
