Dear Wayne Tawton,

This is Tomo Matsumoto from Cathay Pacific headquarters.

We have recently worked with SITA to upgrade the SITA internet service. However, we have
been informed that the internet service at Melbourne airport is capped at 20Mb/s.

Could kindly let us know what could be done to release this cap on the internet service since
20Mb/s is not sufficient to meet our company bandwidth requirements?
