DEED OF DONATION OF A PORTION OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE DONATION is made, executed and entered into by:

ANTONIO L. CANAO II, of legal age, Filipino, married, and

with residence and postal address at FF Cruz, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga
hereinafter referred to as the DONOR;

-AND-

THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF KALINGA, with postal and office address

at Capitol Hills, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga and herein represented by HON. JAMES S.
EDDUBA, in his capacity as the Provincial Governor, hereinafter referred to as the “DONEE”;

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the owner of a parcel of land situated at Sitio

Magasusu Bulo, tabuk City, Kalinga (formely Kabalinagan, Barrio of
Agbannawag, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of kalinga-Apayao), containing
an approximate area of 310.0 hectares;

WHEREAS, the DONOR has offered to donate a portion of the afore-

mentioned property consisting of seven (7) square meters more or less in favor
of the DONEE;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of implementation of project

by the DONEE for the construction of water reservoir, the DONOR hereby
voluntarily and freely transfers and conveys, by way of donation to the donor,
all the rights, title and interest which said DONOR has in the above-described
real property, together with all the improvements found therein, free from all
liens, encumbrances and charges whatsoever.

The DONOR hereby warrants for the purpose of giving full effect and
validly to this donation, that DONOR, has the legal right to make this donation
of said property being to free portion under the new civil code and other
existing laws, which he can freely dispose of.

The DONEE hereby accepts the donation and has taken legal possession
of the property and hereby expresses his appreciation and gratefulness for the
kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
