Step 3 - Identify all your activities - classify them as A,B,C,D

A are those activities which are critical to the goal - they are both what you can do best but also you enjoy them
B are those which are supportive of goal but can be done by others or administrative tasks which have to be done
C are those activities which are not key to your goal but you enjoy doing
D are those activities which you spend time but you do not necessarily do

Action to be taken

ask people not to send mails unneccessarily - inhouse / post training / strict rules /junk
clear empowerment / policies etc
increase focus maybe 30 minutes every alternate day

delegate all corrections as much as possible , but do audit 1/2 hr every week
Give detailed structures and monitor to avoid reviews and revisions , and also ensure the trainining
happens, maybe someone else can give the training ( NET O ) ,but increase focus on knowledge
center and increasing value points

delegate to shampa with more detailing
