A are those activities which are critical to the goal - they are both what you can do best but also you enjoy them
B are those which are supportive of goal but can be done by others or administrative tasks which have to be done
C are those activities which are not key to your goal but you enjoy doing
D are those activities which you spend time but you do not necessarily do

ask people not to send mails unneccessarily - inhouse / post training / strict rules /junk
