We, MANNY MANINGAS and RENIALYN MANINGAS, both of legal age,

Filipinos and residents of Poblacion, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

That we are the legal owners of a parcel of land situated at Bohol na

Mangga, San Ildefonso, Bulacan identified as Lot 3618 of the Cadastral (Subd.)
Survey of San Ildefonso (Lot 1, PSU-1211 AMD., GLRO Rec. No. 7695) with an
area of Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three (72,853) square
meters;

1. That the said parcel of land has no tenant and it is our only
agricultural landholding;

3. That the said parcel of land is our total aggregate landholding not
exceeding five (5) hectares;

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the facts
as stated herein and in compliance with the DAR Circular to secure
clearance to register the land in our favor.

sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1.That I am the lawful owner of two (2) parcels of untitled land

more particularly described as follows:
