CLASS 12FIELD TRIP YELAGIRI

DATE OF FIELD TRIP: 30.09.2023

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Studentsmust report near the school gate at 5 a.m

2. Buses will leave the school campus at 5.10 a.m
3. Three buses will ply.
4 Dress code: School sports uniform (If school sports uniform cannot be worn due to
any reason,
only regular school uniform must be worn)
5 Students must wear their school ID cards. It is MANDATORY. Students will not be permitted to
board the bus without ID cards.
6. Mobile phones or any digital gadgets are strictly not allowed.
7. Students can carry caps, ear plugs (to cover ears in case they feel cold).
8 Girls must not wear expensive jewelleries.
9. Students can bring money upto Rs.500.It is their own
responsibility.
10. While returning, students can be dropped enroute if they wish
to, at specific drop points.( only if
parents wait at the designated point)
11. Student can carry asmall water bottle and medication if any.
12. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.
13. If anyone wants to carry extra
eatables/ snacks they can.

** Students are
responsible for their own belongings, money, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN ABOVE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE
BUS
