Project #1 : T- Mobile , SIVR Domain (Feburary 2014 to November 2014)
Description: Speech Interactive Voice Response (SIVR) applications are used in conjunction with
the middleware systems to provide self-service and personalized treatments to customers.
Customers may access such applications via their mobile phones or fixed line phones. Any company
that has contact center operations for customer service will probably have IVR systems tool.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding and analysing the Requirement document, HLD and LLD.
 Developed and implemented tests according to customer requirement.
 Performed all tests in accordance to technical requirements.

expenses. Web based technology and related services helps to transform the processes for contract
labor, core staff scheduling and agency management and billing.

Project: MetLife(USA)
Description: MetLife is largest insurance provider in USA. Conduent process all the dental claim
forms. We scan, sort and store the claim forms and send the digitalized information to Melife for
their further processing. We work on reducing human interaction and the time snap of the claim
by digitalizing the process, with the help of workflow application and the web application. After
all the files are processed through the standalone work application, all the Claim forms are saved
PDP and Metcor Sir Portal.

Role and Responsibilities:

 Analyzed design documentation requirements and business scenarios. & interacted with
Business Analysts for requirements.
 Test Strategy, Test Planning from the scratch.
 Involved in creating and executing test cases to ensure that the application adheres to the
requirements.
 Conducted Functional and Regression Testing for various modules.
 Performed Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing
 Reporting and tracking of bugs using TFS
 Effective communication with the developers about the bugs and getting them fixed.
