You will need: Cone, stones and stopwatch
Here’s how:
1. Make a starting line.
2. A cone is set up 10 meters away from the starting line.
3. Put at least 5 stones on the starting line.
4. Start the time using your stopwatch as you start running.
5. Get one stone, run as fast as you can and place the stone beside the cone. After placing the stone, turn on the cone and run
back to the starting line to get another stone and do the same until the rest of the stones have been placed beside the cone.
6. If the 5 stones are already placed beside the cone, then stop the time and record it in your P.E notebook.
