1 SECTION 1 : PRELIMINARIES AND GENARALS

Allowance for progress management and technical meetings will be held on

regular basis as necessary. The Contractor will provide an adequate site office
with tables and chairs to accommodate at least 8 members at a time for the

Allowance for water and electricity utilities. The contractor shall provide water
1.17 and electricity utilities at its own cost during the construction period item 1

Provision for technical analysis, review of the designed and specified irrigation
system including pipe sizes, types and layout, control points and fitting
accessories in order to dtermine optimal operation of the complete irrigation
