Financial Documents

The following financial documents are to be collated and submitted for the co-applicant or co-
signer at the time of your student loan application.

For Salaried Individuals

• Latest 3-Months salary slip.
• Latest Form 16.
• 6 Months salary Credit Bank Statements.
• Repayments track record (if any loan) or if any additional income with proof.
For Self Employed Individuals
• Latest 2 years ITR copy with Computation of Income, P& L account and balance sheet
• Latest 6-months Current Bank A/C for the primary business accounts (in case of
multiple bank accounts - updated copies of all the relevant bank accounts)
• Latest 6-months Savings Bank A/c (in case of multiple accounts - updated copies of
all the relevant bank accounts)
• 3CB & 3CD to be collected for Professionals with turnover more than 15 lacs and for
others whose turnover is more than 60 Lacs.
• Last 2 years Audited Financials of the Company with Computation of Income, P& L
account and all schedules in case of Pvt. Ltd. Co.
• Additional documents in case, where Co-applicants as Directors/Promoters/major
Stakeholders for Pvt. Ltd. Companies
• Article of Association AOA / MOA
• Shareholding pattern certified by CA
