TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This offer is valid till 31st May 2023
2. Booking under this Offer is NOT transferable & is valid for a limited period.
3. The above mentioned taxes and duties are approximate and may change based on Govt. policies.
4. Parking allotment will be done as per agreement registration chronology.
5. Home loan sanction letter from SBI / HDFC / BHFL / ICICI /AXIS bank will be mandatory before agreement registration.
6. In addition to above cost maintenance charges @ Rs.06/- per Sqft per month + GST for a period of 12 months or till the funds are exhausted whichever is earlier.
AND MNGL Gas connection charges are extra i.e. Rs.8000+ GST (as applicable) needs to pay at the time of possession
7. Applicable TDS will be deducted by flat purchasers having agreement value more than 50 lakhs. VCG will provide assistance to file TDS returns.
8. TDS payment is not extra. It is to be deducted from payments made.
9. Payments will have to be made within 10 days of achieving construction stage. Delayed payments will attract standard interest charges as per RERA.
10. All Cheque to be favoring "VISION CREATIVE PROMOTERS" only.
11. Standard Cancellation Charges of Rs. 50,000/- if agreement is not registered within 21 days from booking
12. VCG reserves the right to refuse any booking without giving reasons thereof. VCG reserves the right to HOLD a unit against a payment only.
13. This offer is confidential and private. Sharing information regarding the price / offer with non-group members is strictly prohibited.
14. Society Formation & Conveyance procedure will start 6 months prior to possession and will be completed in expeditious manner
