    Subject: CSR Project: A Beach Cleanup Program

    Dear Madam Munirah,

    I am writing this email to seek your approval for our company’s CSR Project. We will hold a beach
    cleanup program. The main objective of this program is to save the marine ecosystem. The details are
    as follows:

    Date: 10 June 2023, Saturday.

    Duration: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

    The main activity will be gotong-royong and funds will be raised by collecting donated items and
    contributing with the NGOs in supplying some of the equipment to help clean the beach.

    Regarding the funding, we hope the company will provide RM2000 through sponsorship. This budget
    of rm2000 is for the preparation of lunch for 50 people. We will prepare orange water and cookies for
    a meal on the beach during the program. The detailed budget proposal will be given after we get your
    approval.

    Miss Zai from the IT department will promote the program via social media. Also, Miss Ros from the
    HR department suggested that we set up three main committees: The Funding, Program and
    Volunteer sub-committee. After our next meeting, we will discuss the duties.

    We will do further discussions of the program once it has been approved. Looking forward to your
    positive response.
