01. KICKOFF During the first meeting, we will get to know

In this phase, we receive all the information about your
project and help you include it in the Briefing. We define
together the visual strategy that the images will follow.

A compelling image is achieved by engaging your target

audience’s emotions through storytelling, lighting, and
composition.

We would need as much information
about the project as possible. It also
includes a Project Briefing where we
establish the visual direction for the
images. We also discuss lighting &
styling to match the project’s location
and your target audience.

Moodboards, photos, tables, links etc.
Everything that can explain your idea:
material selection, the mood of the
image or even the exact shape of a
cloud that has to be in the scene. All
of the above will make the work more
productive and your final images closer
to the idea.

What files do you need to send to
receive a quotation?
This is documentation that should be
enough to get an accurate quotation:
– Architectural plans.
– 3D model (where available)
– Reference images of the materials
and styling.
– An estimation of the number of
renderings.

GATHERING INFORMATION
As soon as we gather all the information, we start to
create or adjust the 3d model of your project. We will
carefully examine all the input information we received
from you.

We produce the optimized model that we will review

together for your confirmation.

VARIATIONS
NO MODEL
Sometimes there is no 3d model done,
no ready-to-send drawings and a lot
of ideas. It’s ok! We can also work
with this. In this case, we make an
extended briefing and define the working
schedule, responsibilities and timelines.

3D BASIC MODEL
If you have a basic 3d model, it can be
helpful. However, we will still need to
define many details. We will ask you to
include your model in the briefing so
that we can base our work on it.
WE UNDERSTAND...
We understand that different design
projects in their various stages
might sometimes have more and
sometimes less collectable information.
We are ready to help you at any stage
of your project.
PERFECT 3D MODEL
If you have a detailed, well-organized
model, we will be glad to use it. We
review it thoroughly and let you know
whether we can use it right away
or if it still needs to be adjusted for
visualizations of your project.

After presenting the first preview of the selected images,
you will have up to 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune
the design and make any necessary corrections.
Our team will get back to you immediately if the result
doesn’t appear as expected.

 IT’S ALL IN THE BRIEFING
SER VISUALS

It is not necessary to do the briefing in a specific format

as long as it is organized and understandable. It can be
a mood board, a collage or a table. All the information
that will be visible in the visualization must be included.
We also have a template that you can fill in with ease.

Once phase 5 is confirmed, all images will be rendered
in high resolution and post-production adjustments will
be made.
