EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

1. POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 The Employer, [Your Name], employs [Employee's Name] as a Customer Agent at Nova Funding.

1.2 [Employee's Name] shall report to Marvin and undertake all duties and responsibilities
associated with the position, including but not limited to.

2. WORKING HOURS

2.1 [Employee's Name]'s shift will be from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

2.2 [Employee's Name] shall work diligently and is obliged to fulfill their responsibilities during the
specified working hours.

3. BREAKS

3.1 [Employee's Name] is entitled to a 15-minute break during their working hours.

4. COMPENSATION

4.1 [Employee's Name] will receive a monthly salary of 6,000 Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and an
additional weekly compensation of 1,500 ILS.

5. EMPLOYMENT TERM

5.1 This employment contract is effective as of [Effective Date] and will continue until terminated by
either party in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement or by applicable law.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 Either party may terminate this employment contract with written notice in accordance with the
statutory notice period required by Israel Mulumba labor law.

information of Nova Funding and its clients during and after their employment.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

9.1 This employment contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes
all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the employment of [Employee's Name] at
