VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID)

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps protect your cells against the effects of free radicals or
molecules when your body is breaking down food or around tobacco smoke. Also protects
radiation of sun, x-rays, and etc.

COMMUNICATION ● Some of the other vitamins and minerals that vitamin c interacts with is zinc (80 mg ) ,
betacarotene ( 15 mg ) , and vitamin E (400 IU)
● The ascorbic acid is a is the nutrient that your body needs for to make blood vessels ,
cartilages , muscle and collagen in our bones
● Vitamin c is also a big part of helping our body heal back up to 100 percent
