Please be informed that the Barangay Board of Canvassers of

Barangay___________________, Roxas City, Capiz for the October 30, 2023 Barangay and
Sangguniang Kabataan Elections will convene at 6 o’clock in the evening of October 30, 2023
at the , to canvass and consolidate Election Returns,

to proclaim the winning candidates for Barangay and SK positions and to perform such other
functions as maybe directed by the Commission on Elections.

Every candidate, and the duly accredited citizens arm are entitled to be present or
field duly appointed watchers, subject to the conditions under Sections 412, 413, 414, and 546
of COMELEC Resolution 10924, as follows:

Section 412. Official Watchers of candidates and other groups.

Section 413. Watchers; Qualifications and Disqualifications.
Section 414. Rights and Duties of a watcher
Section 546. Persons not allowed inside the canvassing room.
