For each item, the student is rated on a scale of 1 to 4 (very poor to very good) based on their establishment of rapport, analysis of family strengths/weaknesses, health teaching implementation and evaluation, self-direction, participation, and demonstration of honesty, critical thinking, commitment, and compassion among other attributes.
