The first agendum of the meeting was the School Policies and Regulations.
The following were the important matters discussed:
Respect and Courtesy Policies
Attendance Policies
Dress code Policies
Safety and Cleanliness Policies
Types of Disciplinary Sanctions
After presenting and discussing the school policies and regulations, the
adviser, Ms. Morales proceeds to the next agendum which is the Learning
Modality. She discussed the following learning scheme:
The next agendum was the fortune insurance of the learners amounting to
70 pesos Annual premium. The classroom adviser reiterated that Fortune Life
the only Life Insurance who have students’ program that is why they covered
natural calamities earthquake typhoons landslides etc. In addition, she
discussed the coverage of the insurance such as Accidental death P48,500,
Unprovoked murder P48,500, Dengue death P48,500 Accidental Medical Refund
P7,200 (need legal receipts sales invoice or sales invoice or Official Receipt)
anyone kind of said receipt. Accidental Burial Benefit P2,400 Burial Benefit
p2,400 Hospital income plan dengue only p300 per day confinement basis
(medical records) need no receipts. In addition, the insurance Includes animal
bites/insect bites, natural calamities, all types of accidents, dog bites, snake
bites. Vehicular accidents covered but no violations of law.

The classroom adviser reminded the parents about the grading system for
the SY 2022-2023. She presented the grading system as shown below:
The topic of the learners' concerns, in particular their behavior, was raised
at the discussion. It was decided that the parents would help the teacher to keep
track about class participation and attendance.
The last important agendum was the Election of the HPTA for the current
school year. Ms. Morales cited DepEd Order No. 83, s. 2010. Amendments to
DepEd Order No. 77, s. 2009 (Guidelines for the Conduct of Elections of the PTA
at the School Level and their Federations). The adviser did not mention any PTA
project yet but if ever there is another contribution, collection fee should be
given to the elected officers and that she will call another meeting for the
homeroom project.

After the election of officers, the new set of advisers were requested for a
photo opt for documentation purposes.
As all other pertinent concerns were dealt with for the time being, the
meeting was adjourned at exactly 9:30 in the morning, with the same number
of attendees.
