AND AGGREGATE LAND HOLDINGS

That I, ALPHABIZ CORP, represented by; MARIA ANGELICA VIADO,

single, of legal age, filipino and resident of Blk 59, Lot 23 Soldiers Hills, Village,
Putatan, Muntinlupa City, after having been sworn to in accordance with the law, do
hereby dispose and say:

That we are the owner of a certain parcel of land known as Lot 6 situated in the
Barangay of Pio and Jalung, Porac, Pampanga, containing an area of 3,638 square
meters, more or less and embraced by TCT No. 042-2019025324

That the above described parcel of land is not tenanted; has no improvements and
structure erected.

That we do not own more than five (5) hectare of landholding here in the
Philippines;

That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with Department of Agrarian

Reform Administrative order No.8, Series of 1995;
